Under Article 90A(1) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 (as amended) (“the 1995 Order”) a person who claims that there has been a breach or threatened breach of the rules of a trade union relating to any of the matters mentioned in paragraph 90A(2) of that Order, may apply to me for a declaration to that effect.
