Summary
Upon applications by the applicant under Article 90A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 (as amended) that the POA had breached the rules of the union relating to matters specified in Article 90A(2): In light of my decision in a related case (Mr J J Duffy v POA, D/1-16/2008), the union decided voluntarily to remove the censure which it had made against the applicant. The applicant then withdrew his complaints. The applications are dismissed upon withdrawal of the applicant.
